Our Movement Matters is a participatory experience of movement, music and community. Come be part of it!
Welcome to Movement Matters—a fun, guided movement experience for everyBODY. Just wear comfy shoes, come as you are, and move to music that makes you feel alive.

Keep Going Together is a grassroots organization that supports the Charlottesville community by helping local non-profits, several of which will be on site to share about their work and how you can be part of it.

We have a public event on Facebook and an email list for folks who want to know the details and get just a couple reminders.
